प्रणाम- “Pranam” - We bow to the light within you
Vajra is an ancient symbol found across multiple traditions of wisdom. It represents indestructible clarity and inner strength. The word is often translated as diamond or thunderbolt, and these images offer insight into its meaning. Like a thunderbolt, Vajra expresses precision that cuts through confusion with direct awareness. Like a diamond, it reflects stability and integrity that remain steady under pressure and change. Together, these qualities describe a human capacity that can be cultivated and embodied.
Vajra points to the ability to stay conscious in complex environments, maintain clarity during uncertainty, and respond with intention rather than react from habit. It is not about force or rigidity. It is about coherence and embodiment. Transformation in this sense does not require becoming someone else. It involves recognizing and strengthening the clarity that is already present beneath distraction and conditioning. As attention stabilizes, insight becomes more reliable and action becomes more aligned.
The Vajra has been associated with refined attention and sustained awareness. It represents the integration of inner strength and awakened perception. In contemporary environments shaped by rapid change and constant stimulation, this principle offers a grounded way to engage reality with focus and steadiness. It supports clear thinking and steady action in both personal and organizational contexts.
The qualities symbolized by Vajra are not abstract ideals. They develop through direct experience and ongoing practice. Through meditation, breath awareness, embodied methods, and reflective inquiry, attention becomes more stable and the nervous system becomes more resilient. Over time, this strengthens coherence between thought, emotion, and action. The result is practical growth that can be experienced in relationships, leadership, and daily life.
We chose the name Vajra because it expresses both the philosophical foundation and the applied direction of our work. It is rooted in enduring traditions and remains relevant to modern leadership, organizational culture, and personal development. At be Vajra, this principle guides how we design programs, support transformation, and help individuals and teams cultivate clarity, resilience, and aligned action.
Vajra is not separate from ordinary experience. It is a way of living within it, grounded in awareness that is steady, responsive, and embodied. This understanding forms the foundation of our work and shapes every engagement we offer.
be Vajra was founded by Anu Garg in 2016 as an expression of her long-standing dedication to contemplative practice and integrative healing disciplines. What began as years of personal study and informal guidance gradually clarified into a defined vision: creating a space where ancient wisdom and embodied practice could meet contemporary life without losing depth.
Today, be Vajra reflects that maturation. It carries forward both Anu’s ongoing inquiry and her commitment to offering grounded, deeply engaged practice in an accessible form. The intention is simple: to help individuals cultivate clarity, strengthen regulation, and live with greater intentionality.
We invite you to explore this work and consider how it might support your own development.
