Workshops & Events

• Workshops, trainings, and educational gatherings are offered periodically. Topics may include integrative wellness, movement, breathwork, contemplative studies, and related disciplines. To receive updates about upcoming events, please subscribe to the newsletter.

Location

• All classes and wellness sessions are currently offered online unless otherwise specified. Virtual sessions are conducted primarily via Zoom.

• In-person sessions may be arranged on a case-by-case basis near Annapolis, Maryland.

Payment Policy

• To confirm your session, payment is required at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. With adequate notice, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.
