ततः प्रत्यक्चेतनाधिगमोऽप्यन्तरायाभावश्च - “Tatah Pratyak Chetanadhigamo Pyantarayabhavas Ca”

Yoga Sutra 1.29: [Through yoga and meditation] the inner consciousness is revealed, we come to know the true Self

Reuniting the Soul with Source

be Vajra is dedicated to returning yoga to its beautiful Vedic origins grounded in the teachings of the Master Yogis of the Mahavatar Babaji lineage in the Himalayan Tradition of Bharati, who believe in completely absorbing oneself in the light of knowledge. Our Vajra style of yoga invites you to engage in embodied mindfulness rooted in the present moment. Our meditative approach to yoga is not about achieving the perfect form or range of motion, but rather about reuniting with your soul. Life then becomes a moving meditation. We offer a range of options to help you cultivate stillness, mindful movement, or energy in your practice.

  • Meditation

Our meditation practice is about observing the thoughts in your mind and creating a shift in awareness that leads to clarity, peace, and calm. We combine mudras and mantras in our meditations, making it a great way to reduce anxiety and stress.

  • Pranayama

In this class, you'll focus on breathing exercises that calm, rejuvenate, and uplift the mind. It's the bridge between active yoga practice and the surrendering practice of meditation. We recommend coming to this 45-minute class on an empty stomach.

  • Slow Flow

This class is all about slowing down to maintain control of your breath and intensify your practice. With smooth linking of unhurried breath with movement and mindfully holding postures for several breaths, this practice can awaken your body and clear your mind.

  • Chakra Yoga

We will take you on a journey to balance your chakras through yoga, meditations, mudras, mantras, and music. When each chakra is vibrating at its correct frequency, the body experiences a state of perfect health. This class is ideal for anyone seeking to balance their energy centers and reduce stress.

  • AcuYoga

This class combines yoga and acupressure, two ancient healing practices, to increase effectiveness in relaxing muscular tension and balancing the body's vital life force. We will lead you through a yoga class while teaching you how to apply pressure to specific points on the meridian lines to discharge harmful stress and toxins from your body, inducing a calming state and stimulating self-healing.

  • Prenatal

A form of yoga specifically tailored to meet the needs of a pregnant body throughout all three trimesters. This class primarily consists of poses that prioritize your safety while promoting movement, stretching, deep breathing, and mental centering.

  • Flow & Glow

This vinyasa class will warm, strengthen, and energize your whole body while building a solid foundation for your practice. Be prepared to feel transformed - mind, body, and spirit!

  • Ashtanga

This moving meditation practice involves a set sequence of postures known for being a little more challenging than your usual vinyasa flow. We make this class accessible to anyone who wants to take their practice to the next level while still staying true to the traditional sequence.

  • Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in a meditative experience with our Sound Bath sessions. Relax as healing waves are produced by singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, and chimes. Manage anxiety, soothe your nervous system, and leave feeling rejuvenated.

तत्र स्थितौ यत्नोऽभ्यास - “Tatra Sthitau Yatno’Bhyasah”

Yoga Sutra 1.13 - Effort toward steadiness of mind is practice.

We firmly believe that when you step onto the mat, you are not only committing to your yoga practice, but also to your personal growth and transformation. It's an opportunity to ignite the fire within you, to unleash your full potential, and to embrace the authentic version of yourself that you have been longing to become.

At times, life may throw obstacles in your way and prevent you from practicing yoga on the mat, but don't let that discourage you. The power of yoga transcends beyond the mat, and it's always with you wherever you go. By cultivating compassion, gratitude, and commitment to yourself, you can become more mindful and aware of your thoughts, actions, and words, and in turn, radiate that light outwards to the world.

Remember, the practice of yoga is not just a physical exercise, but a powerful tool for personal and spiritual growth. Through movement, breath, and mindfulness, you can awaken your true self and experience a deep sense of union with all aspects of life. So, step onto the mat with intention and dedication, and let the transformative power of yoga guide you towards your highest potential.
