वन्दे गुरुणं चरणारविन्दे - “Vande Gurunam Charanaravinde” - We bow to the teachers that came before us

Anu Garg

(Founder)

My work is rooted in a lifelong inquiry into clarity, resilience, and embodied awareness. Over the past two decades, I have engaged deeply with contemplative, somatic, and integrative disciplines, each offering a distinct lens through which to understand human experience and transformation.

What began as a personal search for steadiness during a period of challenge evolved into a sustained commitment to disciplined learning and embodied application. Rather than adhering to a single modality, I have drawn from diverse traditions and evidence-informed approaches, integrating what is practical, grounded, and transformative.

At the center of my work is a simple principle: sustainable transformation requires both insight and integration. Clarity without embodiment is incomplete. Practice without reflection lacks depth. My role is not to prescribe a path, but to help individuals discern and cultivate their own.

be Vajra emerged as a space where this integrative philosophy could take form. It is an environment for those seeking depth without dogma, structure without rigidity, and growth that is both grounded and expansive.

Whether you are new to this work or have walked a contemplative path for years, my intention is to meet you with rigor, steadiness, and respect for your unique trajectory.

be well, be whole, be Vajra
